Henry this a great tutorial! I'm so impressed. This is the first time I've used Jing I didn't know you can have something playing in the background, I thought it was only able to be a still picture. Thanks so much for introducing this concept to me! It makes it much clearer to follow what you're saying.
This is an excellent tutorial! Very impressive! I love your city. A clear step-by-step introduction that would really excite the beginners to play the game.
Brocha-- I took screen shots of SimCity and pasted them in a Powerpoint presentation. So, what you saw on my Jing was the Powerpoint slide show. It was quite easy to do and I'm looking forward to using Jing again.
